Meaningful days look different for everyone. Staff may accompany individuals to recreation, volunteering, shopping, or visits with friends—with transportation and coaching aligned to personal preferences and HCBS settings principles.

Whether the focus is budgeting, cooking, digital literacy, employment exploration, or self-advocacy, we break goals into practical steps. Progress is tracked in partnership with case managers and families when the individual wants them involved.

Our day programs provide a consistent, enriching environment where individuals pursue vocational training, community activities, and peer relationships. We coordinate with case managers to align programming with each person's Individual Support Plan.

We support individuals in residential settings with round-the-clock staffing, structured routines, and community access. Every home operates under HCBS principles—promoting autonomy, privacy, and meaningful community connection.

Reliable rides reduce missed appointments and isolation. Trips are planned with clear communication about pickup windows, accessibility needs, and backup options when weather or health changes the day.

Funding & eligibility
Many individuals access our services through Kansas HCBS waivers. We work with care teams to align authorizations and ISP documentation. Not sure where to start? Submit a referral and we will help route the conversation—no clinical details required in the first message.

Servants Mission is a contracted Kansas Medicaid (KanCare) HCBS provider. We accept referrals from all three KanCare MCO managed-care plans:
