Only the right people get access
Records are role-limited, so staff see the information they need for their work and not more than that.

Servants Mission is a care provider first. Our systems are built to help us protect privacy, keep records organized, and make day-to-day support more dependable for the people we serve.

Careful by design
Secure tools support steady care. They do not replace judgment, relationships, or human review.
Plain-language safeguards
We use healthcare-grade Google Cloud infrastructure covered by a signed Business Associate Agreement. Sensitive information is encrypted, staff access is limited by role, and access to sensitive systems is recorded for review.
The goal is simple: protect people, reduce avoidable paperwork, and keep the care team working from accurate information.
When a family, self-advocate, or referral partner wants to know whether we have current capacity, that stays on our openings page so availability and privacy information do not drift apart.

Records are role-limited, so staff see the information they need for their work and not more than that.
Information is encrypted, and access to sensitive systems is recorded for review.
We use secure tools to reduce avoidable overhead, keep attention on service, and support fair Direct Support Professional wages.
Our internal systems are designed around HIPAA-aligned safeguards, including limited access, encrypted storage, and reviewable activity records. Public pages are built to support Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 AA so families, participants, staff, and partners can use them with less friction.
A smaller, focused toolset helps us avoid unnecessary overhead. That matters because more attention can stay with care, coordination, and fair pay for Direct Support Professionals.
