Terms of Use
These terms govern use of servantsmission.net. They are interim, written in plain language now, with a more comprehensive version planned alongside the Community Hub launch.
About this page
Servants Mission Inc. (“Servants Mission,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Kansas-based, KDADS-certified provider of Home and Community-Based Services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The website at servantsmission.net(the “Site”) is informational. Your use of the Site is governed by these terms.
These terms are interim. A more comprehensive version is planned alongside the Community Hub launch. The current language is intentionally narrow and clear: it describes the relationship between you, as a visitor to this Site, and us, as the operators of it.
Acceptance of these terms
By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms over time; the “Last reviewed” date above reflects the most recent revision.
Informational use only
Content published on this Site, including the resource guides, glossary, transparency page, news summaries, and event listings, is informational. It is not legal advice, clinical advice, case-management guidance, or a substitute for the services of a licensed professional. The source of truth for any individual's services is that person's own Individual Support Plan (ISP), authorized by their Community Developmental Disability Organization (CDDO) support coordinator and Managed Care Organization (MCO), not anything on this website.
If you are a current Servants Mission client or family member, do not rely on this website for case-specific instructions. Reach your support team directly, or contact us through the channels you were given at intake.
No provider relationship through the Site
Submitting a contact form, requesting information, or reading content on this Site does not establish a service relationship with Servants Mission. A formal service relationship begins only after eligibility, ISP authorization, MCO credentialing confirmation, and a written services agreement. None of those happen through this website.
Privacy and protected health information
Servants Mission is committed to protecting personal and protected health information (PHI). Under no circumstances should PHI, including diagnoses, medication details, ISP content, clinical notes, billing records, or any other information that could identify a specific individual's care, be submitted through this Site or any of its contact forms. PHI flows through secured Google Workspace channels under our active Business Associate Agreement, not through this website.
For our full privacy and HIPAA practices, see the privacy policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Submit content that contains protected health information about any third party
- Attempt to access non-public areas of the Site, our systems, or our infrastructure
- Interfere with the Site's operation or security
- Scrape, crawl, or extract content for the purpose of redistributing it commercially
- Misrepresent yourself or your affiliation with any person or organization
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to limit access to the Site or its features as needed.
Intellectual property
Site content, including text, layout, design, code, the Servants Mission name, and the Servants Mission logo, is the property of Servants Mission Inc. or its licensors. You may read, link to, and share Site content for non-commercial informational purposes. Commercial reuse, redistribution, or republication of Site content requires prior written permission. Resource guides published in our Resources section are intended to be free to use and share for the purpose of helping families and professionals navigate the Kansas I/DD system.
Third-party links
The Site links to third-party resources such as KDADS, the Disability Rights Center of Kansas, the Kansas Council on Developmental Disabilities, and federal CMS resources. We provide these links because they are useful. We do not control those sites and do not endorse, warrant, or take responsibility for their content, accuracy, or practices.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep content accurate and current, and we publish a last-reviewed date on substantive pages so you can judge currency. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that any specific information will remain accurate after its last review date. For any decision with legal, financial, or care-related consequences, verify against primary sources.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Kansas law, Servants Mission Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site or any reliance you place on its content. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under Kansas law.
Reporting an inaccuracy
If you spot something on the Site that doesn't match a primary source, such as a regulatory citation, a statistic, an organizational name, or a date, please tell us. The inaccuracy-report channel routes directly to a moderation queue and is reviewed by an administrator. Confirmed corrections are published with a visible change log entry.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms over time. Material revisions will be communicated through an updated “Last reviewed” date and, where appropriate, a brief change note. Continued use of the Site after a revision means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Site is subject to the jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Kansas.
